Location: Warsaw
Surface area: 14 m²
Techniques used:
– Mixed two-color technique: both colors applied simultaneously on one brush, 2 coats
– Single-color technique: applied in 2 coats using a 12 cm brush, finished with a protective topcoat
Colors – Mixed technique: Sunset Blush + Lavender Light
Color – Single-color technique: Clay Sunset
In the mixed technique, if the clouds and color transitions created with a double-loaded brush appear too sharp, it is recommended to add more water to the paint mixture. The more water is added, the easier the colors blend on the wall, resulting in softer and more subtle transitions. On the other hand, with less water, the paint becomes thicker, which makes the color contrasts stronger and the cloud shapes more defined.
Apply the paint on the wall in a random and irregular motion – this is the key to achieving a natural and organic effect. Try to relax and trust the process.
